• Built a Claude-powered n8n workflow that ingests raw QA notes from Notion and outputs structured, developer-ready JIRA tickets. Reduced ticket writing time and improved consistency across distributed teams.
• Built a cross-platform monitor pulling open items from JIRA, Notion, and Slack into a unified daily digest, surfacing blockers before standup.
• Configured a scheduled Slack digest pulling from Notion, keeping distributed teams aligned without additional meetings.

PenChecks — Retirement Distribution Platform (Sept 2025 – Present)

• Inherited a broken API environment with stale documentation and no usable test coverage. Diagnosed live failures, assessed the full system, prioritized by risk and call frequency, and rebuilt infrastructure from scratch using Python and pytest.
• Mapped and validated complete order-to-payment flows across dozens of endpoint types (e.g. federal tax calculation), exposing gaps between API responses and actual database state.
• Built a MySQL validation layer that caught persistent mismatches invisible to API-level testing alone.
• Logged 1,000+ issues across business logic failures, 500 errors, and data integrity gaps. Authored reusable fixtures for auth, DB connections, and test data management adopted across the engagement.

ComQi -- Digital Signage Platform (Jan 2025 - Sep 2025)

• Onboarded into a large-client platform mid-cycle with minimal handoff documentation and delivered consistent output across sprints ahead of a major v1-to-v2 migration.
• Identified regression automation gap, designed initial Playwright scripts, and pitched adoption to the engineering team.

Additional Engagements

• Built Cypress e2e automation covering dynamic candidate-recruiter matching flows; adopted by the lead engineer and integrated into CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
• Configured CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GCP Cloud Build across multiple projects.
• Led working sessions with non-technical QA staff on browser dev tools, network monitoring, and structured bug reporting -- translating technical concepts into operational practice.

• Designed and operate a self-hosted production environment running 12+ active workflows: Docker-managed, SSH-accessible, secured behind a Cloudflare Tunnel. 90+ days continuous uptime, running for over a year.
• Built a multi-stage lead qualification pipeline that ingests a zip code and industry vertical, scrapes matching businesses via Apify and Google Places API, filters by review signals, scores each lead through an AI agent, and generates targeted outreach copy. Full pipeline runs end to end without manual intervention.
• Built and deployed LLM-integrated workflows for document processing, daily digest aggregation, and remote infrastructure control via Telegram webhook.
• Built RAG pipelines for document ingestion and retrieval, including chunking strategies, embedding services, and vector database integration.
